Hello and welcome! I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m Rebecca (or Bex!) Weller. I’m a Health & Life Coach, Author, Speaker, and creator of Sexy Sobriety.
Like so many women, my path to wellness got off to a bumpy start. For years, I struggled with dysfunctional relationships with food, alcohol, and my body – not understanding that they were really symptoms of a dysfunctional relationship with myself.
So how did I get here?
It was October 1st, 2011. A day that started like any other, only this was the day I chose to follow a vegan lifestyle. I didn’t know it then, but my whole world — my long-term corporate career, my relationship, and even my definition of happiness — was about to crack wide open. And it would all begin with my decision to start a little recipe blog called Vegan Sparkles…
My passion for wellness and creativity escalated quickly.
Over the next few years, I learnt more about the impact diet has on every area of our lives; ended a relationship; enrolled to study at the world’s largest nutrition school; healed my relationship with my body; fell deeply in love; wrote a ton of wellness eBooks and articles, and began to heal my unhealthy relationship wth alcohol.
I resigned from my Project Management position in the corporate world; launched my wellness business in partnership with the love of my life, Dominic; created multiple group coaching programs; was hired by IIN to provide business mentoring to 80 of their Australian students, and launched a Wellness Academy. Phew!
Ultimately, all of my work is about helping women to get their sparkle back and create a life they love. Because a healthy dollop of self-love is a powerful thing.
I’m honoured to have shared my passion for health and happiness with hundreds of online, video, audio and print publications, most recently in The Sunday Times Magazine, The Australian, Elle Quebec Magazine, The Huffington Post, MindBodyGreen, SBS Food, and Good Health Magazine.

I am so thankful that I clicked that ‘ send’ button to connect with you initially. I was in the depths and wasn’t sure whether one-on-one coaching was the answer. But I loved your energy and took the plunge, and the rest is history. From my heart to yours Bex, I am eternally grateful.”

Your never-ending support and encouragement, plus loads of helpful ideas, have been delivered always with your own brand of beautifully infectious enthusiasm and sparkle, and I consider it to have been the most fun mentorship I have received so far on my journey to solopreneurship.
You are a fantastic Coach, Mentor, and all-round beautiful lady and I would recommend you to any other woman who is starting out on her own biz journey and needing direction, accountability, inspiration and encouragement. Thanks so much, Bex!”
